About the game:
Taonga: the Island Farm is a tropical exploration and adventure game that starts as casual farming and grows into a multi-layered midcore adventure with travel, quests, battles, mini-games, and events.
Responsibilities:
— Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional communities, and platforms
— Review applications and support candidates through the process
— Screen CVs and questionnaires to shortlist relevant profiles
— Collaborate closely with recruiters across all sourcing areas
Requirements:
— 1+ year of recruitment/sourcing experience
— Experience with ATS and multiple sourcing channels
— English B2 or higher
— Passion for games
What’s offered:
— Fully remote work after 1 month training in Cyprus
— Relocation to Cyprus required for candidates from Russia/Belarus
— Competitive salary + 21 days annual leave (+ days off for holidays on weekends)
— Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 Nicosia time
