• Assist in researching and redesigning the team's metric tree.
• Modify and develop hiring forecast models for operational teams.
• Research and improve data quality, develop new data showcases for team tasks.
• Support up-to-date documentation for operational analytics projects and research.

Требования

• Experience in analytics from 2 years
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (Basic functions, grouping, window functions, joins, subqueries, query optimization)
• Ability to work with BI systems (we use Tableau)
• Experience in building showcases (we use Airflow)
• Experience working with complex data structures
• Experience in researching the impact of product changes on monetary metrics
