◼️ Hiring — Trading Operations Specialist - Crypto
Location: Russia or Remote | Schedule: 12:00 - 21:00 (MSK) US trading hours | Level: Middle | Paid in FIAT or Crypto

The role
We’re looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to join our team. You will monitor and execute algorithmic and semi-manual strategies on OKX (primary), Bybit, Binance, and Deribit. Your goal: ensure flawless execution, strict risk control, and smooth operations during US trading hours.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Monitoring:
— Monitor positions, orders, and exposure across symbols and subaccounts.
— Track PnL, margin, leverage, funding rates, and commissions.
— Perform precise manual actions (hedging, margin switches, order management, rebalancing).
Risk Control:
— Enforce position size and leverage limits.
— Prevent unplanned liquidations and control liquidation levels.
— React to anomalies: volatility spikes, desyncs, disconnects.
Execution Quality:
— Minimize slippage, work with liquidity/order books.
— Select correct order types (limit/market/IOC/FOK) and apply entry/exit tactics.
Operational Support:
— Maintain shift logs and handovers, document incidents.
— Reconcile trades, transfers, API keys, and security settings.
— Collaborate with Quant, Dev, DevOps, and Risk teams.
What we expect
— 2+ years in trading, dealing, or operations (crypto or traditional)
— Strong knowledge of futures & margin trading
— Familiarity with OKX/Bybit/Binance platform.
— Attention to detail, discipline, stress resilience
— English for documentation and exchange support
Nice to have: OKX API, SQL/Python basics, market-making experience, incident management
Tech Environment
— Exchanges: OKX (primary), Bybit, Binance, Deribit
— Dashboards & Alerts: internal panels, Telegram/Slack alerts, Grafana/Sentry/ELK
Tech Stack: Linux CLI, log reading, basic SQL (ClickHouse/Postgres), Python scripting
