What you will do

- Identify and analyze complex issues, localizing them to specific product components.
- Recreate problem scenarios and document steps and outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers to find effective solutions.
- Monitor user satisfaction and confirm problem resolutions.
Требования
- English proficiency at a written communication level.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in roles like Support Expert or Solution Engineer.
- Understanding of NTA, NDR, and EDR systems.
- Proficient in Linux.
- Knowledge of Docker and orchestration.
