TL;DR

Telemarketer (Edtech): Handling incoming calls and requests from customers and routing them to the appropriate department with an accent on gathering primary information and managing deals in AmoCRM. Focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving key performance indicators.

Location: Fully remote (possibility to work not from Russia)

Salary: 28,750 RUB (net) + bonus up to 5,250 RUB monthly

Что делать

  • Handle incoming calls and requests from clients.
  • Gather primary information about the client.
  • Direct the client to the appropriate department based on the request.
  • Work with deals in AmoCRM according to regulations.

Требования

  • Experience in a call center is an advantage.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer user, experience with services such as Yandex, AmoCRM.
  • Client-oriented and focused on achieving great results.
  • Official employment (fixed-term employment contract until the end of November 2025 with the possibility of extension).
