Location: Must be located in EMEA

We’re supporting a remote-first SaaS company that equips game developers with the infrastructure to manage multiplayer, player data, and monetization.

Overview

You will work across success, support, and advocacy — ensuring players and studios alike have a great experience. You will help retain and grow their client base — from proactive support to building client education content and community.

What you will do

  • Be the go-to point of contact for a set of customers.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues and share feedback internally.
  • Create self-service content, help center docs, and client comms.
  • Track customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing on case studies and advocacy stories.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Customer Success, Support, or Experience roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and curious about improving user journeys.
  • Experience working in SaaS or with technical customers.
  • Familiar with the gaming industry or game dev ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English and location in EMEA are required.
