Overview

We are looking for a product manager who will research the market and target audience of the Practicum, launch new courses on generative neural networks, as well as courses for managers and top managers.

What you will do

• Identify which new courses to launch by researching the market and competitors, prioritizing the backlog of launching new educational products, and conducting qualitative research of the target audience.
• Organize the launch of new educational products by selecting an expert to develop the new course program.
• Organize the work of a methodologist and an expert in the subject area to develop a course program.
• Manage a cross-functional team (consisting of a methodologist, producer, and support team).
• Interact with related teams to set tasks for the development team to assemble a landing page for a new course, train the sales department, and coordinate the educational program of the new course with lawyers.

Requirements

• Experience in EdTech and launching educational courses.
• At least two years of team management experience.
• Desire to create and support a great educational product with people and for people.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adapt flexibly to it.
• Value for the product and its potential impact on people's lives, believing that you should always proceed from the value for the user and business.

Nice to have

• Experience taking online courses, especially in Yandex Practicum.
