What you will do

• Edit long-form videos and interviews, including multi-camera footage and subtitles.
• Create episodes with talking heads, graphic elements, and generative AI content.
• Perform color grading, sound balancing, and background music selection.
• Adapt videos for various platforms and aspect ratios, including short vertical formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Collaborate with another editor and coordinate final versions with the project manager.
• Work with the AI department on visuals and generated inserts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of video editing experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Skills in color correction, sound leveling, and mixing.
• Experience with animated graphics (After Effects or templates).
• Understanding of YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok formats.
• Attention to structure, rhythm, and detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools (Kling, Midjourney, Heygen, etc.).
• Knowledge of vertical and educational content trends.
• Experience with YouTube channels in the talking head genre.
