What you will do

• Develop and update risk management documents for information systems and operational reliability according to Bank of Russia regulations.
• Organize and support regular testing of the Operational Reliability and Information Security Plan.
• Manage critical architecture accounting and control per regulatory requirements.
• Identify outsourcing risks in bank processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management and regulatory reports on information system risks and operational reliability.
• Adapt processes to regulatory requirements and automate risk management procedures.
• Interact with the Bank of Russia on risk management issues and consult internal teams on legal compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of banking experience
• Knowledge of regulatory acts on information system risk, outsourcing risk, and operational reliability (including 716-П, 850-П, 779-П, 242-П)
• Experience in accounting and control of critical architecture.
• Ability to build internal banking processes and set technical tasks for optimization and automation.
• Experience in business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning (DRP).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ITSM systems, CMDB, GRC or equivalents.
