Location: Remote or office in cities of presence in Russia, with preference to be near team in office during first 3 months

Salary: from 80,000 ₽

Fintech company creating online banking and services for entrepreneurs and enterprises with over 700,000 clients.

What you will do

  • Communicate with clients in difficult financial situations regarding debt repayment terms and procedures.
  • Analyze client situations deeply and find individual solutions.
  • Update client information regularly to forecast and prevent difficulties.
  • Participate in team projects to develop new approaches for working with complex clients.

Requirements

  • Experience with legal entities for at least 1 year in sales, client service, client support, or debt collection.
  • Ability to balance respect and understanding for clients with company goal focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and multitasking.
  • Empathy and ability to find approach to different people.

Nice to have

  • Experience negotiating with difficult clients, including payment delay issues.
  • Knowledge of banking sector and product lines for legal entities.
